Guild Motto: In knowledge, power. In truth, freedom.
Guild Passive: + 10% AP and Jewels from event prizes.
Guild Description: Griffin Wing is a guild that is dedicated to magical research, a more neutral concept that isn't really light or dark in essence. Generally speaking, they are the 'do what needs to be done' sort of folk that step in when boundaries have been crossed and inaction would do more harm than good.
The guild itself rests on the outskirts of Onibas, which will remember the plague long after the physical scars on the city and its people have been healed. The people largely take solace in the fact that the guild is actively seeking answers to questions that haven't yet been asked. Though some are still wary of the guild due to things that happened in the past, the return of the guild has undeniably stimulated the crippled economy, allowing many to improve their lives.
Recruitment: Joining the guild is as simple as having your character be a part of the guild when creating them, encountering a member of the guild who extends an invitation to the guild, or visiting the guild itself. For characters with a 'questionable' past, acceptance may require meeting the guild master personally.
Guild Rules:
- Leaking sensitive information to outsiders is betraying the guild and will most likely end in expulsion from the guild.
- Sparring is allowed, feuds among guild members are not.
- Any sensitive information is to be brought to the master posthaste.
- Being an official guild, people with active bounties are not granted membership - but a person that has atoned for their sins may apply.
Leaving The Guild: It is possible to leave the guild, but certain stipulations are attached to it due to the sensitivity of certain knowledge that the guild as in its possession. First and foremost, the individual must promise that they will not allow themselves to fall into despair, and further assure the guild master that they are not attempting to leave out of some misguided belief that they are not an asset to the guild.
Lesser members with little to no knowledge need only sign a series of papers saying they will never disclose the happenings of the guild to anyone and they must never use their prior connections for future gains.
Those that have immersed themselves more deeply in the happenings of the guild may be allowed to leave in a similar fashion, depending on how trustworthy they are deemed to be and their reasons for leaving the guild. In contrast, those who are deemed untrustworthy might wake up in the middle of Onibas with no recollection of the guild or how they got there.
