Riley was having a hell of a hard time trying to figure out what was going on. One second Astra was in pain and the next she was somehow convinced that they were insects and she didn't have the time to deal with such lowly creatures. Tilting her head slightly to one side, she stared after the other female as she once more began to walk away - the very aura around her seeming to have twisted into something more sinister in nature.
"I'm not even sure what world I'm in at the moment." Riley replied as she rose a hand to scratch at the back of her neck, her demeanor suggesting she was as lost as her words sounded. By the time she drug her eyes away to look to Aether, he was wiping at his face, making her arch a brow slightly.
"Yeah, I kind of want an explanation for all of this." She answered, stealing a glance towards Astra, she somehow got the feeling that the other woman probably wasn't all that interested in having much to do with them anymore.
"Lets walk and talk, I guess. No use just standing around here waiting to draw attention to ourselves..." Slowly turning on her heels, she began to head further into Onibas, presumably with Aether in tow.

I begin to walk in a random direction with no real goal. How do I explain any of this? I am not sure if I should keep out the details? I'm afraid to tell her anything about myself because she'll want nothing to do with me, and I don't want that. “I've regained my memories, all of them.” I feel some sort of tight feeling in my chest.
“Before three years ago, that other me, was me. I've done a lot of terrible things. I was-am the worst kind of person to ever be around.”
I let out a sigh as I lament on everything that I've done. I stop in front of a building that I recognize. Now the building is in ruin from the mobs. “I once... “ I let out a hard sigh. I came in here, and duck taped the family to a chair. First, I butcher the parents while I made the children watched. I've beaten the kids and sold them off to a human slave market. I don't know what happen to them since then. “I should be on death roll and on the top of the list.”
“Three years ago I caught in robbing a house, which later I found out it was my own parents. They sent me an asylum far away and had my brain reset. I've gotten out only recently, and I guess my parents decided to step in with my... Problem once again. “ I look at my necklace and restore its state. However, the color from it is gone and leaving a chrome gray color. The magical runes marking from before is gone. Despite being restored to before it activated, its power is apparently gone. “I guess, that girl Astra was set up with this Pendant. Whiles I'm stable and memories are restored. It drawbacks have drained her.”
Of course, I'm purposely avoiding topics on my past. I can't accept it, and I know Riley won't either. In fact, she might even kill me here and now if I reveal everything. I'm an evil in the world that shouldn't exist, a villain who should have been stopped and killed off.

Trailing after Aether, who seemed to be having some difficulty expressing whatever it was he had to say, Riley carefully watched him from behind. Unlike him, who had been sizing up her assets, she was watching his demeanor, his mannerisms, the way he carried himself.
Something burdened his mind, that much she was sure of before he had even opened his mouth, but his words didn't offer too much clarity. He insisted he was a terrible person, though it was a subjective comment. Her brother came to mind, the people he had killed over the years, surely some of them were good people, but she had forgiven him for his sins because he had actively changed himself, changed his ways.
Surely this man could do the same?
Listening carefully, she wore a blank expression that didn't betray her thoughts as she mauled over the information offered to her. He had his 'brain reset'? Astra had something to do with the pendant? What? She was more confused now than she had been before.
Rubbing at the bridge of her nose as she thought, the young woman heaved a burdened sigh.
"I'm afraid I'm still rather lost, but I wont pry into the details of your life any more than this." She assured, slipping her hands into the pockets of her jacket. "In the mean time, I don't think we can do much for Astra, since we can't even touch her right now." Picking up her pace to allow her to walk at his side, she gave a pebble a hard kick - watching it fly and then roll across the dusty earth. "When this is all over, you might be able to find a solution. If you like, I can try to help, assuming it doesn't take you too far from Onibas." She did have a hell of a lot of her own things to try to fix, after all.

The guilt sat not on my chest but inside my brain. What I've done could not un-do I may make amends in subtle ways, but confession was out of the question, even to Riley. Only in subtle ways can I make amends and that what keeping my sanity. That is one of the things that preventing myself from cleansing of this world. Over time, may I feel some of the sin being clean, but the guilt stained is an ugly scar of my hear. “Sorry, but that honestly the purely thing I can think of. Perhaps the pendant took all that was unstable aboutme and onto her?”
It's at most a theory of mine, but something that I need to take care of later. I can't even touch her much less her Astra. In Riley kindness, she tells me that she's still confused, but won't pry into more of my past. I want to tell her, but I cannot tell her, not yet. I watch Riley shuffling around a bit and even kick a pebble into the distance. Riley offers as long it not too far from Onibas. “Thank you, you're much too kind.” I let out a loud sigh and figure right now there is nothing I can do. “Let get back to our original goal for now. Do you have any idea where a large building be located for me to restore?” We've gone off track of our goal and maybe we should go back to it. It might be the only thing we can do for now until order is restore. “Once everything is back in order, I can restore the entire city to its original state.”

Riley could only offer a shrug in reply to his words. "Maybe? I don't know, I've never heard of magic like that, but I don't claim to be an expert on the subject, either." She replied, her green eyes dancing, taking in the entirety of the area to make sure that no one was trying to sneak up on them.
Catching up to the pebble that she had kicked, she gave it another swing of her foot, sending it flying once more.
"Well, there are things like the stadium and - oh, maybe the theater? It's big, sturdy, has a lot of comfortable chairs people could sit or sleep on." Riley suggested, looking to him. She quickly became distracted as Aether revealed that he would fix the entire city once everything was over.
"That'd take a lot of magical power..." The young woman mused. Onibas wasn't a small city by any means, and the damage seemed to be pretty extensive so far, so even with magic she assumed that the task would be tedious. "You sure that you're up for that?" She quietly asked, not meaning to sound like she doubted him, while also... Kind of doubting him. Did he plan to drain his magic dry to restore the city or something?

Riley simply shrugs and claims not to be an expert on the subject. If she was, then I wouldn't be having this problem, damn it. Why couldn't either one of us be an expert on it? I watch Riley look around the area to make sure no one is trying to sneak up on us. I have noticed just how pretty Riley eyes. “You have some pretty eyes,”I blurted out without thinking. I quickly turn my for head blushing. I scout the area a bit and all I see is ruins. There are a few buildings still standing, but they have graffiti written onto them. They have some sort slang and slurs written down. It's really a shame that everything went like this. “I doubt we get enough to fill up a whole stadium so a theater will do. Please lead the way.” I place one arm behind my back and the other arm over my chest as I bow. Riley is a bit concern on the magical amount of mana that will be needed to do it. Well, I'm going to be drained dry and may even faint after doing that. There're also some temporally drawbacks from it, but it's nothing I thought it be a big deal until I see Riley's reaction. I reach out my hand towards Riley to grab while I give her a genuine smile. “If it's something that will make you happy, then it's not problem. I'm going to need a place to sleep for a few days, though. ”

Aether threw another random compliment her, prompting her to arch a brow in his direction to find that he was looking away from her. Sure, it was some of the first nice words people had said to her since returning, but somehow it unsettled her more than being hated and shunned. She glanced away, but looked back in time to see him bowing to her for some reason that she had yet to determine.
He wanted her to lead the way to the theater, which was all well and good, but he suddenly reached for her, igniting a panic in her mind that was fueled by the compliments that he had earlier paid her. It reminded her of unpleasant things - or rather, one very unpleasant person that had been burned into her memory despite the number of years that had passed.
"I-I'll take you there!" She suddenly shouted (at least in comparison to how quietly she usually spoke) before beginning to run in the direction of the theater. It wasn't a leisurely run, by any means, she was flat out booking it towards the theater. Even without her magic, which she for some reason neglected to use at the moment, she was a fast runner, light on her feet and lithe as a cat.
Riley Aquila, producut of carefully bred assassins, former guild master of Griffin Wing, survivor of the demon world, saint wizard of Fiore... Was scared away by some hand holding.

Well, this is weird. Riley suddenly went all flutter on me and begins storming off. “Wait, hold up!” My protest seems to be in vain as she rushes up ahead. She's not using magic, and this isn't a normal run. She's charging away from me like a foot player who just caught a ball. Of course, I don't want to lose her, so I run behind her.
“Riley, what is wrong?!” I yell out from behind as I sprint behind her. My feet is naturally stomping on the pavement which each step I take. I keep my eyes both on Riley and onto our surroundings to make sure there's no ambush. Maybe I said something wrong, and I didn't realize it? No, I don't think that what cause this sudden panic on Riley. Soon as I took my hand out she bolted.
Goddamn, she's fast! Despite no magic, I am barely keeping up with her! Her running is light and agile like a cat. I can't help but question that maybe she used to be a cat in her past life. Perhaps she had some sort of training to a good runner? I, on the other hand, am not the best running in the world. I'm already losing breath, and it's a short run so far! “Jeeze, can you talk to me or at least slow down?! I don't have the best cardio in the world here”

Aether was following her. Why was Aether following her? Did he not understand that she was running away from him?
Oh, right. Right. She told him to. They were going to restore the theater. So that they could help people. Right. Riiiight. Okay. She should probably slow down to let him catch up. Despite this though, she found herself not really wanting to, but she knew she should probably try to reign herself in while she still had some dignity left.
Besides, he was yelling to her and she'd feel kind of bad if he got a heart attack from trying to chase her down. There were enough ruined lives resting on her shoulders, she need not add another to that list.
Slowing, she was barely even panting when she slowed herself to a reasonable walking pace while casting a somewhat frantic looking glance over her shoulder. He was quite a ways behind her, which was about as much as she had expected. She had always been fast on her feet, so it came as no surprise that a man that had only recently left his mansion for the first time in years couldn't hold a candle to her speed, even without magic.
"The theater is this way." She blurted out, hoping he wouldn't look to hard into her reason for suddenly running away from him. She had no idea what she would even tell him if he did...

Riley finally slows down for me as I run to catch up to her. If this was before I got caught, my cardio would have been fine. Being inside an asylum and a mansion did not help me at all in my cardio. As I finally catch up to her, I huff and wheeze. Obviously, something triggers with Riley and caused her to run from me. I doubt she'll say why she ran from me for whatever reason. I can only act stupid until she comes out and be open with me. “Jeeze, I-I didn't know it was that im-portant to you.” I have a hard time speaking from running so hard. I'm completely out of breath, and my sides are cramping. I pinch the side of my stomach to relieve the pain. My heart rate is off the chart and feels it might explode in my chest. “Man, you're amazing; I can barely keep up with you, and you're not even out of breath! Is there anything you can't do, Riley?” Please don't sprint or anything and let just walk from here on us. I fall down on my knees for a moment as I rest up. Hopefully, we're not too much further now, or she might give me a heart attack. That is a sad way to end things, and I can imagine people laughing at me. Here lays Aether who died from over running. After catching my breath, I stand-up and look at Riley while smiling. “Can we please walk from here or just simply fly there if you're in such a rush?”

"Yeah... Important..." Riley murmured, her eyes shifting about uncomfortably, basically looking at everything but him at this point. He was complimenting her again, making her feel all the more awkward.
There were a lot of things that she wasn't good at, actually, even if they weren't yet apparent to him. Like protecting her guild, she'd done a pretty crappy job of that. She was also really bad at dating, and also pretty terribly at protecting the people closest to her. That wasn't even mentioning the more mundane things that she was particularly bad at, such as sewing, singing and anything art related.
Sighing a little, she drug herself from her thoughts, peering in the direction of the theater. Disheartened, she stuffed her hands deep into the pockets of her jacket and tried not to let her mind linger on her somber thoughts for too long.
"It's this way. We'll walk since it's not too far now." She told him, though most of the reason was actually because she didn't want to get close to him, physically or otherwise, it was a dangerous thing to get involved in, so carrying him was kind of out of the question.
Walking briskly, she led him down several alleys, a short cut, no doubt, and towards what was one a majestic building that people came from all corners of Fiore to see... And had been reduced to rubble at some point during the ruckus in Onibas.
"Figures." She sighed, shaking her head softly. People really had gone completely crazy. She was legitimately worried that there wouldn't be anything left of Onibas worth saving by the time DCD had run its' course - or, if it run its' course.
"Care to work your magic with it?" She asked, gesturing towards what was left of the building.

I study Riley's profile, or I would if she was looking at me. Riley is looking everywhere around her, but at me. I like to think it's because she is looking for the theater, but it doesn't feel that way to me. She's merely mumbling where I can't hear what she's saying, and she's to be uncomfortable about something. I don't understand what is making her be like this though. The only thing that I can think of is to give her some space until she whatever she's feeling pass. Maybe it's gas or she has to go to the rest room? Now that think about it, it would explain why she's all awkward and uncomfortable. She's looking around everywhere, but me is a bit of a sign of her looking somewhere to pee or something before then, she was bolting off on me. For women, it's a bit harder to do that in private while us guys can just go an empty and go. I could just revive a building quickly, and she goes do her business that way? Maybe she's not trying to show it or anything. I shall pretend not to be any wiser of this and look away. Finally, we've arrived to a location what used to be a building of some sort. "Figures," said Riley with disappointment in her voice. Riley points to the building and asks me to work my magic on the building. This is nothing for me, and I can restore it. My left eye gains magic runes and glows. The building begins restoring itself back together. It's like watching a scene from a movie, but backwards as it restores. Once restore, I walk inside, and feel the industrial AC running and up head is the men and women's restroom. "Everything is restored Riley." I point to the rest room up head. "There's the restrooms..."

Following a few paces behind Aether, Riley idly noted the details of the theater, which had remained relatively unchanged despite the three years that had passed. She was busy observing a poster for what was to be an upcoming play when he was suddenly pointing out where the bathrooms were, prompting her to arch a brow.
"That's nice..." She murmured, perplexed. After giving him another strange look, she wandered away from the area that they were standing in, heading for the actual theater section of the building - a grand room filled with comfortable looking red chairs that all faced a massive stage with billowing curtains that were currently pulled back.
"This place should suffice." She reasoned, running her fingers through her dark hair, she began the long walk down the center aisle. When she got close to the stage, she picked up her pace for a few steps and leaped atop it with ease in a single jump, despite how high it was off of the ground.
Spinning to face the entrance, she opened her arms, gesturing around the room. "What'd ya think? This place should do, right?" She asked, letting her arms drop and hands prop on her hips.
The building itself was a pretty sturdy one, despite the fact that someone had seen fit to reduce it to rubble, and it could hold a lot of people, so hopefully that would account for something. There was also the fact that there were concession stands, which meant that there were places to prepare food, which was another necessity covered.

The main room looks like what you expect of a theater. There's a ticket booth, vending machines, an arcade era, and popcorn stands. Everything is using dark colors such as the walls and floors, this to make the lighting darker than what it really is. I've read somewhere that dark colors give off power, authority, and professional in work eras. For a theater, only the later would I think is true. Riley gives me a strange look as I pointed out the rest rooms while raising an eyebrow at me. I see, so it wasn't the bathroom that made her uncomfortable but something else? It can't just be gas, or she wouldn't get so uncomfortable with me earlier. I think back a bit more on what happened and the events that follow behind them. Of course, it dawns on me as I realize how much of an idiot I am. I've made her uncomfortable without meaning to with complimenting her. I've used to getting compliments and using them as a way show appreciation to others. "Hm, I'm sorry I made you uncomfortable earlier; it was never my intention of doing that." We come to one of the theater rooms that have a lot of space and a lot sitting room. Like everywhere else in the theater, everything is using dark colors. Only real color is in the room is the seats with bright-red color on top of the fabric. Riley brushes her fingers through her hair and leaps onto the tall stage without effort. She looks a bit happy with this location as she looks down at me from the stage. She asks my thoughts on using this building. We're not creating a fortress, but a shelter. So it shouldn't be all that of an idea to use this building. "Hm, this seems adequate. There's plenty of space for everyone to sit and rest. When we do get supplies, we don't have to worry using up too much space. You've chosen magnificently." I give her a gentlemen bow and then lean back up whiles smiling at her.

Riley smiled softly as he confirmed that the building should suit their purposes, as she had thought that it might. Crossing an arm over her stomach, she propped the opposite elbow on it and rest her hand on her cheek as she thought. "Hmn. Supplies..." She went on to murmur, pondering where they were supposed to get said supplies. With all of the looting and riots it would probably be hard to get their hands on enough to be able to help people out.
"Hmn. Well. I guess we should start looking for supplies next... Maybe start sending people here if we see they're not just out to cause trouble." Nodding, she jumped down from the stage, not bothering to use her magic since the distance was so short compared to heights that she usually leaped from.
This ended up bringing her down on a knee as a pain shot through her leg, causing her to frown softly as she shifted herself into a sitting position and stretched out her leg. Rolling up the leg of her pants to just below her knee, she poked at a strange looking wound across the side of her leg, which looked as if it had been pretty serious when it had been inflicted, though wasn't as terribly looking at present, despite the taint flowing around it, discoloring her skin.
"Mn... This hasn't been healing the same since I got back... I should probably look for a healer... Maybe some of the demonic energy for the magic is preventing me from healing this time? Is it because I came back to this world?" She quietly asked herself, sounding perplexed as she mauled this over in her head. Could the energy in the wound have started feeding on the magic of their world? She didn't remember any of the other wounds she got in the demon world turning such a color while she had been there.
