Death Note: An unfinished world

What if a book dropped in front of you, which had the power to kill anyone in the world with just a name and a face? The ability to decide where, when and how they die. Would you use this book for your own greed, or would you use it to change the world? One person chose the path of changing the world; Light Yagami. He was known as Kira throughout the world, famous for killing hundreds and thousands of criminals all around the globe.
On November 28, 2003: Kuro Otoharada died of a heart attack after Kira wrote his name in the Death Note. This was stated by the famous late detective, L. Many believed this was Kira’s first judgment. Many debated if this was his first; however, this was accepted from the police that it was. Soon afterwards, many more were killed all over the world, all from mysterious heart attacks.
On December 5, 2003: Lind L. Tailor died of a heart attack after Kira wrote his name in the Death Note on live TV. With this, L was able to prove that Kira was in the Kanto region of Japan. This signified the battle between Kira and Light. At first, many believed Kira was just the police and there was nothing going on, but the police killing people off. However, not long after did people realize there was someone out there besides the police killing off criminals.
On December 27, 2003: Twelve FBI agents helping on the Kira case to find and stop him were killed. Each and every one of them was killed by a heart attack. Because of this, the moral of the police force went down dangerously low. Not too long afterwards, most of the police that were on the case signed off or were transferred out. They feared Kira and that he would kill them.
On April 13, 2004: The Second Kira's videos are received at Sakura TV. A few days later, they were broadcast, which scared many people around the world, mainly the police force and criminals while most others became excited about it. Not long after, the Second Kira showed her power and proved the world she was the real deal. A couple days later, the Second Kira stated she had met Kira.
On November 5, 2004: L Lawliet had been killed. From this point, Kira had little to no resistance from the task force or anyone else for that matter. Also, Kira, while hiding within the task force that tried so desperately to stop him, took over the task force and became the second L.
Many people start to view Kira as a god, following him and creating a religion based on him. The other side were people who believed he was no god, or good. Viewing him as nothing, but a cold hearted killer. Due to Kira’s influences, the entire worlds crime rate had dramatically went down.
On October 27 2009 : US president, David Hoope, committed suicide by the power of the Death Note. Then, eight days later, the U.S vice-president made an announcement that the United States of America accepted Kira. On the very next day of America announcement, the Japanese government and many other countries fell into chaos. On the same day, the Vice-president announced the disbandment of the SPK. However, most of the SPK went underground and kept investigating.
On January 28, 2010: The SPK, that was supposed to disband, had made a statement that Kira was dead. Later, the United States also made an announcement that Kira was gone. However, Kira’s real identity was never announced due to them wanting to protect his family who had no involvement.
Ten years has passed since then. The world has moved on after Kira’s death. Some believe Kira is merely resting, while many others disagree. For the past ten years, the world has lived on with a Kira free world. No one was being judged. For only ten years.
On January 28, 2020: An entire prison in New York City, filled with some of the most ruthless criminals in the world, had all died from a sudden heart attack. A few criminals around the world had also died from a heart attack.

~~Rules of The Death Note~~

1) The human whose name is written in this note shall die.
2) This note will not take effect unless the writer has the subject's face in their mind when writing his/her name.
Therefore, people sharing the same name will not be affected.
3) If the cause of death is written within 40 seconds of writing the subject's name, it will happen.
4) If the cause of death is not specified, the subject will simply die of a heart attack.
5) After writing the cause of death, the details of the death should be written in the next 6 minutes and 40 seconds
will make things easier and faster.
